How it works
Apply and get approved
We look at your client base, your channel and delivery capacity on our side. Approval is subject to that capacity. Approved agencies receive the partner agreement and activation details in writing.
Activate your branded portal
There is a one time activation of $1,500 per agency, credited back in full against your invoices once you have 3 active clients. Upload your logo, set your colours, and your client signup link is live.
Sell at your price
You quote, you bill and you own the relationship. We invoice you monthly at wholesale.
We deliver, you present
Content, authority, technical and entity work and weekly reporting, all under your brand.
How the commercials work
- Wholesale is 15% off the published price. Growth is $1,597 a month retail and $1,357 a month wholesale. Scale and Enterprise take the same 15% off the live price list.
- You set your own price and bill your client. We invoice you monthly.
- One time activation of $1,500 per agency, credited in full against your wholesale invoices once you have 3 active clients. It is an invoice credit, not a refund. No minimum client count.
- The programs are productised, so your margin is predictable. No custom scopes.
- AEO Engine stays invisible to your client.
- Standard terms for every new partner. A client is on white label or on referral, never both.

Does my client ever see AEO Engine?
No. The portal, the reports and the emails carry your brand, and we never contact your client.
Is there a minimum number of clients?
No. The $1,500 activation is credited back in full against your invoices once you have 3 active clients, so it costs nothing once you are up and running.
Can I change the scope for a client?
No, and that is deliberate. You sell the same programs we sell, so delivery is consistent and your margin is predictable.
What if my client stops paying me?
Our invoice to you is still due. Most partners bill their clients in advance for that reason.
Can I put some clients on referral and some on white label?
Yes. Each client sits on one track, never both.
How quickly can a client start?
Once you are approved and your portal is live, a new client goes through the same onboarding as our direct clients.
